SENIOR EXIT SURVEY

Dear Kamiak Class of 2026,

As you approach graduation, we ask that every senior completes the Class of 2026 Exit Survey to share your post-high school plans and accomplishments.

Please take a few minutes to provide the following information:

  • Your plans after high school (e.g. apprenticeship, community or technical college, university, military – including branch – gap year, or full-time employment)
  • Any awards or honors you’ve earned this year through college programs
  • Scholarships you’ve received and plan to use
  • Whether you are earning your associate’s degree by graduation

🎓 Senior Recognition Night 🎓
If you report receiving awards, scholarships, military enlistment, or an associate degree, you and your family will be invited to attend Kamiak’s Senior Recognition Night on Wednesday, June 3th at 6:30 PM in the Commons.

This is a special evening to celebrate your accomplishments—we hope to recognize as many of you as possible!

👉 2026 Senior Survey Link Please complete the survey by Thursday, May 14th.

If your plans change or you receive additional awards or scholarships after submitting the survey, please email Bryan Stelling at stellingbc@mukilteo.wednet.edu to update your information. Do not submit an additional response through the Google form.

Thank you, and congratulations on all you’ve achieved so far!
