The High School and Beyond Plan (HSBP) is a state-mandated graduation requirement. Seniors will need to log in to their SchoolLinks profile to complete the required activities listed below. For each activity, please watch each video and review the linked resources. Reminder: If your transcript shows your HSBP as Not Met, please meet with Ms. Cline in our Career and College Readiness Center (Counseling Office).

Below you will find important information regarding due dates and specifications for Senior options for this year’s annual. There is no requirement or obligation to purchase or submit any of the following items. Please read all of the options below and reach out to Mr. Neighbors (contact at bottom of page) if you have any questions.

Senior Portraits: DUE January 14th, 2027

If you choose to submit a Senior Portrait instead of your standard school photo, it must comply with the details below. Photos that do not meet the requirements will not be included in the book. Please submit only ONE photo that is edited and ready to be placed in the book—we will not edit. If you need assistance in finding a photographer for Senior Portraits, please let Mr. Neighbors know, he has a couple of contacts who may be able to assist. Many of the local photographers already have this information, but in case they don’t…

Overall size: 1.5” X 1.75”

300 DPI

Darker backgrounds preferred

No special effect backgrounds (i.e. hazy, fuzzy, etc.)

NO HATS, bandanas, hand gestures, pets, cars, etc. (we reserve the right to reject photos)

Baby photos may be submitted to yearbookshare (access codekhsknights) any time up to January 14th, 2027. jpegs and PNGs ONLY…300DPI. WE CANNOT USE PDFs OR WORD DOCUMENTS. After confirming the cropping in Upload a Portrait, select Baby Pictures under the Select Grade Drop Down menu and enter Portrait First Name and Last Name.

Graduate Tribute Ads DUE:January 14th, 2027

You have the opportunity to create a special memory for your graduate. You may purchase a space that you design (photos and write-up) to celebrate your graduate. All tributes are due January 14th, 2027. (We reserve the right to edit.) Missed deadlines may result in tributes not being included in the book.

To create and submit a graduate tribute, please visit our website yearbookordercenter and select “Start Your Ad.” Our platform will walk you through the process of choosing your template, colors, fonts, and photos, allowing you to design your ad the way you want it. You will also be able to upload the photos and write-up you would like included in your tribute.

Once you have finished designing your ad, you will complete the process by designing, paying, and submitting your tribute through the website.

You may purchase space in the senior tribute section for the following prices…

¼ page (4.17"x5.42"): - $50

½ page (8.33"x5.42"): - $100

Full Page (8.33"x10.83"): - $200

Payment is made through the website after you have completed designing your ad. Once payment is complete, you will submit your finished Senior Tribute through the website.

Due Dates are non-negotiable as we are working with an external publishing company, and we need to meet their required due dates to ensure on-time delivery of the books in the spring.

All submitted content must comply with appropriate standards for publication; Yearbook Staff reserves the right to edit or omit accordingly.
