Graduation Day Information

The final days of high school are very busy and maybe even stressful. However, these last few days are also full of excitement, with several opportunities to participate in memorable, senior-focused activities...and the graduation ceremony! Our wish for your final appearance as a Kamiak High School student is that the graduation ceremony and senior class activities will be ones in which you, your family, your friends, and the community will be proud. Your cooperation in making this year’s graduation ceremony and senior class activities successful endeavors is much appreciated. The following information was prepared to support this success. Being under the influence or in possession of drugs/alcohol/illegal substances will result in immediate removal from the event. Lastly, be safe and responsible in all that you do. Your life matters.

Graduation Regalia

  1. Prior to the ceremony, place the gown on a hanger and allow it to hang. This allows wrinkles to straighten out and should eliminate the need for ironing.
  2. If necessary, iron the gown and stole with a lukewarm iron. A hot ironwill damage (melt) the fabric. Avoid ironing over the printed design onthe stole.
  3. Arrive at Angel of the Winds Arena on at 5:45PM on June 13 dressed in your cap and gown ready for rehearsal and ceremony.
