Frequently Asked Questions

  • Beginning August 2020, your HSBP portfolio can be accessed through School Data Solutions HSBP app:

    1. Click on this link: 

      Mukilteo School Data website

    2. Select "authenticate with district", make sure "Mukilteo" is listed as the district.
    3. Use your MSD login to access your portfolio.
  • Visit Room 326 (Monday- Friday between 7:30am and 3:30pm) or send an email to KAHSBP@mukilteo.wednet.edu.

    Many resources are available in the Schoology classroom, we suggest checking them out first. 

    You may also request an appointment (either by phone or by Zoom conference) by using this link: Schedule an Appointment with the HSBP Office or call Ms. Ellen Forster, Kamiak's HSBP Specialist, at (425) 366-5607 (Monday - Friday between 7:30am and 3:30pm).

    Instructions for specific HSBP tasks are available in Schoology classrooms. We suggested beginning with Career Assessments and Career research. Having an idea about your strengths and interests will help inform the rest of your HSBP. 

  • Required elements of your High School & Beyond Plan

    1. Identification of your career goals using a career interest inventories.
    2. Identification of your educational goals.
    3. four-year course plan with an individualized personalized pathway that fulfills graduation requirements and aligns with your career and educational goals, with information about dual credit programs and the College Bound Scholarship.
    4. A current résumé.
    5. If you have not met standard on your state assessment, this plan must include interventions and academic supports, additional courses, or both that will enable you to meet the high school graduation requirements.
    6. Identification of your "[Multiple] Pathway to Graduation".
    7. Evidence that you have received information on federal and state financial aid programs.
